Design and implement advanced solutions using AEM Sites, developing digital consumer experiences powered by the AEM product suite, including CRX and DAM.

Translate client needs into AEM-specific recommendations and leverage state-of-the-art technologies and integration patterns to address cross-departmental challenges in an agile, rapid development environment.

Drive project scope and timeline definition through collaborative needs assessments, while also improving internal development methodologies for Adobe AEM solutions.

Design and code complex applications from specifications, including analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.

Build and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager CMS, focusing on site architecture, custom components, workflow development, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).

Integrate websites with web analytics tools, analyze data, and report findings.

Contribute to presales activities, solutioning, and estimations.

Deliver complete front-end applications, writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Collaborate with back-end developers to build RESTful APIs and communicate with external web services.

Work with clients to develop website aesthetics and user interfaces, ensuring accessibility across various platforms.

Fix website issues and bugs as they arise.

Possess at least 10 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application development (5+ years).

Require 6+ years of development experience in Java – J2EE and JavaScript, coupled with 5+ years of experience developing Adobe Experience Manager solutions, including Templates, Layouts, Components, and APIs (OSGI).

Demonstrate 2+ years of experience with DevOps pipelines for CMS projects and 3+ years of experience working on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (AWS experience is a plus).

Experience with Agile Product/Project Delivery (5+ years) is essential.

Familiarity with React tools such as React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux is expected.

Proficiency in developing and implementing front-end architecture that supports user interface concepts conforming to industry best practices.

Must have experience in REST API integrations and working with build and packaging processes, deployment, build and release documentation, and post-production support.

Experience with test-driven design and development, unit and integration testing, and CI/CD is required.

Understanding of requirements, dependencies, timelines, and the ability to document new technology requirements and perform Spikes/POCs.

Experience in estimating user stories in a backlog, developing reusable components, and tracking code development progress using tools like Atlassian JIRA.

Adherence to committed delivery timelines and experience working in Agile and DevOps models.

Collaboration within a distributed team structure and mentoring junior team members.

Experience with AEM Sites 6.4, implementing technical solutions for B2B websites, and working with multi-lingual sites and content localization solutions.

Familiarity with Adobe Campaigns, Target, Analytics, and Adobe DAM, as well as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Experience in fast-paced, iterative development environments, with Agile experience being a strong plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
