Join the Paragon team as a Front-End Engineer II and help shape the future of case management for Stores. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing the platform that supports millions of customers and enables exceptional service delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic user interfaces for Paragon's core components, with a strong focus on Paragon Workbench.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to create responsive, performant, and accessible solutions.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries, contributing to scalable and maintainable codebases.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions, driving innovation in micro-frontend and composable UI architectures.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adhering to best practices for clean, well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews to elevate overall code quality and system understanding, and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
A minimum of 2 years of professional front-end, web, or mobile software development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Possess a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis, with at least 4 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is essential.
Experience with modern front-end technologies including TypeScript and Node is preferred.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
