As an FPGA Design Engineer, you'll develop and support FPGA solutions for LTE/5G wireless communication products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, verify, debug, and optimize FPGA firmware from concept to production. This role offers a dynamic environment within the Products & Systems Engineering community.

Develop FPGA designs using Verilog/VHDL and implement wireless/RAN communication features. Perform simulation, synthesis, and timing closure with tools like Vivado, Quartus, and ModelSim. Validate firmware through functional test benches and debug issues for product releases.

Implement critical DSP functions including DUC, DDC, FFT/IFFT, DPD, AGC, and Beamforming. Work with O-RAN, CPRI, JESD204, and high-speed Ethernet interfaces (10G/25G). Support hardware integration, testing, and customer deployments, while maintaining essential technical documentation.

A minimum of 5 years of FPGA design experience in LTE/5G, RAN, or wireless communication products is essential. Demonstrable expertise in Verilog/VHDL and digital design, along with hands-on experience using Vivado, Quartus, and ModelSim, is required.

Proficiency in FPGA-based DSP and radio signal processing, coupled with a strong understanding of O-RAN, CPRI, LTE, and 5G technologies, is vital. Experience with 10G/25G Ethernet, JESD204, high-speed interfaces, and familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink are beneficial. Excellent debugging, verification, timing closure, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are paramount. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is expected.
