Join EY GDS as a Supervising Associate within the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Analysis Team. You will partner with key business leaders and senior finance professionals to deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting, supporting crucial annual financial planning processes.

As a Supervising Associate, you will lead and participate in planning and forecasting processes, ensuring timely completion and alignment with global objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and business leaders to support operational initiatives.

Key duties include co-creating data-driven solutions with data scientists, conducting ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions, and delivering monthly performance reviews with insightful commentary. You will also respond to leadership requests for financial insights and support the design of ad-hoc financial analysis, including modeling projections and identifying trends.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in corporate financial management, particularly in financial planning and analysis, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. This includes a minimum of 3 years in supervisory, analytical, forecasting, and budgeting capacities.

Essential skills include proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data automation tools, alongside experience with data visualization for reporting and navigating complex datasets. Excellent written and verbal English communication is required. A graduate or professional certification in a business-related field like Accounting or Finance is necessary.
