As a Supervising Associate, you will support financial and business analysis for Managed Services Leaders, acting as a trusted advisor. You will contribute to establishing "next generation" reporting frameworks and develop comprehensive performance reporting for Managed Services initiatives.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business performance through dashboards and presentations, providing ad-hoc financial modeling, and collaborating across EY to ensure a unified view of Global Managed Services performance. You will also support forecasting activities, identify trends from opportunity and engagement data, and drive improvements in data quality and analytical methodologies.

You will manage issue resolution, ensure compliance with EY's financial policies, and deliver exceptional service to stakeholders.

We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of EY's business model and finance processes, and the ability to interpret data to provide concise findings. Comfort in supporting new business models and challenging assumptions is essential.

Ideal candidates will be highly team-oriented, flexible in prioritizing tasks, and possess advanced Excel, data modeling, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building trust with stakeholders and working effectively in a diverse, global environment.

To qualify, you must have a graduate or professional certification in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance or business analysis, preferably in professional services.
