We are seeking an Assistant Director for our FP&A, Global C&I Finance team, a collaborative unit supporting C&I CFOs and leadership. This role involves shaping EY's strategy, enhancing commercial outcomes, and driving the 'All In' strategy through financial analysis, modeling, and technology-enabled transformation.

Analyze complex datasets to provide forward-looking insights and develop actionable recommendations for C&I strategic priorities. Build robust business cases, serve as a key advisor to C&I leaders, and prepare executive briefings. Drive transformation by promoting global finance tools, applying AI and automation for enhanced analysis, and modernizing processes with digital solutions. Support planning cycles, budgeting, and risk-aware decision-making while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various departments.

A strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, analytics, or business modeling is essential. Candidates should possess a keen commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial and non-financial data. Proven communication skills for conveying insights to senior stakeholders, alongside the capacity to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in virtual, multicultural teams. Confidence in constructive challenging and proposing innovative solutions is highly valued.
