Collaborate with Sales and Tech Leadership to define requirements for impactful opportunities, deploying specialized AI/ML experts to key accounts.

Lead the technical hiring process for Forward Deployed Engineers, assessing expertise in AI/ML, systems engineering, and coding to build a high-performing team.

Proactively identify skill gaps in emerging technologies like Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool-calling, and foundation models to ensure continuous subject matter expertise.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to remove blockers and translate field insights into actionable roadmaps, developing internal tools for enhanced organizational efficiency.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 8 years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a software engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing team within a cloud computing environment.

Proficiency in Python or a similar coding language is essential.

Demonstrated experience in developing AI/GenAI solutions, designing multi-agent workflows, or implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
