As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will collaborate directly with international clients in the US and Europe to understand their unique technical and business needs. You'll leverage Emergent's AI platform to build, customize, and deploy innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include rapid prototyping of production-grade applications, debugging complex issues across various systems, and working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. You will also identify and translate recurring customer challenges into scalable product and process enhancements, owning projects from inception to deployment.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong foundation in software engineering or technical problem-solving. Candidates should have experience building and deploying web applications or software products, with comfort in working with APIs, databases, and debugging.

Essential skills include a rapid learning ability for new technologies, a solid grasp of software development fundamentals, and excellent customer-facing communication. A proactive ownership mindset, ability to work independently, and a drive for high-quality, fast-paced delivery are crucial. Experience with AI/LLM tools is a significant advantage. This role requires flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US and European business hours.
