As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer on the Wingman team, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying numerous AI agents. This role involves close collaboration with customers to deeply understand their challenges, translating these into robust, scalable solutions. You'll take ownership of projects from inception through deployment and ongoing iteration, ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our AI agents.

A strong backend engineering foundation and demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments are essential. A background in a startup setting is highly valued. We are seeking individuals with a proactive ownership mindset, capable of independent work and navigating ambiguity effectively. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
