As an AI Architect Lead Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding complex, strategic customer engagements. This senior, customer-facing role focuses on translating ambiguous objectives into measurable outcomes. You will bridge the gap from opportunity to production value, harmonizing Forward Deployed, product, engineering, transformation, and platform capabilities to meet customer needs.

This position demands a blend of deep technical expertise in a specialist discipline and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise AI, technology platforms, industry specifics, commercial models, and company/partner capabilities. You will leverage your judgment across domains, technology, client relations, and outcome leadership to shape high-impact opportunities and steer customers through significant investment and delivery decisions.

Partner with executive, business, and technical leaders to define strategic goals, key workflows, and measurable outcomes. Lead complex discovery and solution-shaping initiatives, converting unclear customer priorities into a clear portfolio of validated opportunities.

Establish and oversee the outcome framework, including business ownership, baselines, target metrics, assumptions, dependencies, and evidence for progress. Direct rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts, ensuring technical focus aligns with critical customer value assumptions and feasibility.

Provide senior technical and solution guidance across AI, data, integration, architecture, security, privacy, Responsible AI, operational readiness, infrastructure, cost, and scalability. Shape strategic opportunities into production-ready solutions, ensuring mature architecture, backlog, dependencies, and governance for scalable delivery.

Demonstrate deep domain and business acumen, understanding customer strategy, economics, and industry context. Possess strong technical credibility in enterprise solution architecture, AI engineering, data, integration, and cloud platforms.

Exhibit broad expertise in artificial intelligence, generative AI, agentic systems, RAG, and automation, understanding their impact on enterprise transformation. Showcase a strong grasp of production AI considerations, including evaluation, security, Responsible AI, observability, and operational readiness.

Display exceptional client emotional intelligence, executive communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Utilize strong systems thinking, analytical judgment, and evidence-based decision-making capabilities.
