Lead and define the enterprise AWS cloud strategy, aligning adoption, migration, and modernization with business objectives and technology roadmaps. Architect scalable, resilient, and cloud-native systems on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, Lambda, EKS/ECS, and S3.

Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and security policies for consistent and optimized AWS adoption. Oversee cross-functional teams in complex cloud transformation initiatives, including legacy system migration and cloud-native development. Drive the adoption of advanced AWS capabilities like serverless, containerization, microservices, and AI/ML services.

Define and improve KPIs for cost optimization, system reliability, deployment frequency, latency, and operational efficiency. Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategy with business priorities and demonstrate ROI. Foster innovation through automation, DevSecOps, and modern architectural patterns. Build and mentor high-performing cloud engineering teams, promoting technical excellence and ownership.

This lead role requires a strong command of AWS cloud technologies, including: - Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Networking and Connectivity (VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect) - Compute and Scaling (EC2, Auto Scaling, Load Balancing) - API Management (API Gateway) - Messaging and Queuing (SNS) - Storage and Databases (S3, RDS, DynamoDB) - Container Orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (EKS with Terraform/CDK, ECS with Terraform)

Key responsibilities involve strategic cloud leadership, architectural design for large-scale systems, governance enforcement, team leadership, and driving innovation in cloud engineering practices.
