As an AI Engineer at BCG X, you will own the complete analytics value chain, from identifying business challenges and designing novel algorithms to implementing and deploying scalable AI solutions. You will empower colleagues and clients to fully embrace artificial intelligence, contributing to both custom-built solutions and industry-specific AI software.

Your role will involve partnering with clients across various BCG regions and industries, focusing on critical areas such as climate change. You will also contribute to thought leadership by developing scientific papers and presenting at conferences on behalf of BCG X. This position offers a chance to actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, guiding non-technical teams and optimizing algorithmic and software efficiency.

We are seeking passionate individuals with a strong foundation in software development and large-scale data analytics, eager to transform organizations into AI-led entities. A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field is required.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is essential, alongside experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Familiarity with data processing tools like NumPy, Pandas, and Apache Spark, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, is crucial. Experience with DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and version control with Git, will be highly valued. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
