As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the full analytics value chain. This includes identifying new business opportunities, designing sophisticated algorithms, and deploying scalable AI solutions. You will empower colleagues and clients to fully embrace artificial intelligence, working on custom-builds and industry-specific AI software solutions.

Our AI Engineers are central to developing next-generation AI capabilities. You will collaborate with clients across diverse BCG regions and industries, addressing critical issues such as climate change. This role also involves developing thought leadership through scientific publications and presenting at conferences on behalf of BCG X.

Own the end-to-end analytics value chain, from identifying business challenges to deploying scalable AI solutions.

Design and implement innovative algorithms and AI models.

Partner with clients to help them design, build, and deploy novel AI solutions across various industries.

Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and contribute to research papers.

Lead conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.

Apply rigorous software development practices to create robust and maintainable software.

Guide non-technical teams and consultants on best practices for software development.

A passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and transforming organizations into AI-led entities is essential.

Demonstrated experience in applying software development practices and standards for robust, maintainable software.

Proficiency across the software development lifecycle.

Experience in guiding non-technical stakeholders on software development best practices.

Ability to optimize and enhance the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.

Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with direct client interaction.

Enjoyment of collaborative work in diverse teams, sharing design and solution ideas.

Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across various industries.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Czech/Slovak and English (C1/C2).

A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field of study is required.
