This role involves owning the full analytics value chain, from problem framing to solution deployment. You'll partner with clients, develop thought leadership, and contribute to scientific publications and conferences, all while experiencing accelerated career development in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Extended working hours and client site travel may be required.

Own the end-to-end analytics value chain, including framing business challenges and designing innovative algorithms. Implement and deploy scalable AI solutions, enabling clients and colleagues to fully leverage artificial intelligence. Partner with clients across various BCG regions and industries on impactful projects, such as those addressing climate change. Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities through papers and conference presentations. Apply robust software development practices and standards throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Guide non-technical teams and consultants on best practices for developing reliable software solutions. Optimize computational efficiency for algorithms and software design.

Currently pursuing a full-time Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree, with an expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027. Proficiency in Python is essential. Demonstrated passion for software development and large-scale data analytics. Experience in transforming organizations into AI-led innovative companies is advantageous. A natural problem-solver with intellectual curiosity across diverse industries and topics. Ability to work collaboratively in teams, sharing software design and solution ideas. Comfortable interacting directly with clients and contributing to new product releases in a fast-paced environment. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of your designated home office and be available to work onsite as directed. Flexibility for extended working hours and travel to client sites is necessary.
