FAAS professionals provide critical advisory services, including accounting and regulatory support, change management, and process optimization.
This role is integral to driving growth and managing delivery teams. We seek an experienced FIS Integrity professional to bring subject matter expertise to our FAAS offerings, ensuring the highest quality of work according to EY Global Standards.
As a FIS Integrity Senior, you will be instrumental in managing FAAS professional teams during engagements. Your primary duties will include:
- Spearheading FIS Integrity projects, covering design, implementation, configuration, and integration. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design effective solutions. - Analyzing and optimizing treasury processes, implementing best practices for enhanced efficiency. - Presenting FIS Integrity solutions to clients, showcasing their capabilities and benefits. - Evaluating vendor solutions and providing recommendations for implementation. - Conducting system testing, developing test scenarios, and validating data migration. - Developing and delivering training programs to improve end-user proficiency. - Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory advancements in treasury management. - Supporting project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. - Ensuring successful project implementation, adherence to timelines, and achievement of goals. - Providing ongoing support and maintenance for FIS Integrity modules. - Upholding organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards. - Assisting in engagement planning, budgeting, execution, and overall management.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. - A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in treasury management, with a strong preference for exposure to FIS Integrity. - While not mandatory, a FIS Integrity certification and hands-on experience with the platform would be highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in the following areas is essential:
- Comprehensive understanding of treasury and risk management processes, including cash, bank, liquidity, debt, and investment management, as well as financial risk management. - Proficiency in configuring FIS Integrity functionalities, such as cash positioning and forecasting, bank account administration, payments processing, foreign exchange, debt and investment management, accounting, compliance, and reporting. - Proven experience integrating FIS Integrity with other systems and external platforms. - Familiarity with financial instruments, derivatives, and hedging strategies. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for effective issue resolution. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrated project involvement experience, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. - A collaborative spirit, with the ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor. - A strong executive presence, enabling effective interaction with management at all levels. - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% to 80% of the time.
