As a Firewalls - Shift Lead, you will be responsible for administering and supporting Cisco IronPort / Cisco Secure Web Appliance (WSA) environments. Your duties will include configuring and maintaining web proxy, access policies, identity policies, and decryption policies. You will manage URL filtering, application visibility, and acceptable use policies, alongside implementing HTTPS inspection (SSL Decryption).

Key tasks also involve configuring authentication services like LDAP and Active Directory, monitoring web traffic and security incidents, and managing malware protection. Integration with SIEM platforms and WCCP/PBR deployments are essential. You will also perform software upgrades, manage backups, analyze security events, and create operational documentation.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Cisco IronPort WSA / Cisco Secure Web Appliance. A strong understanding of web proxy technologies, URL filtering, HTTPS/SSL inspection, and malware detection is essential. Proficiency in configuring authentication mechanisms (LDAP, AD, NTLM, Kerberos) and a solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols are required.

Experience with SIEM integration (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) and network security technologies like Firewalls and IPS is highly valued. Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration is considered an advantage. Security skills in SWG administration, threat analysis, incident response, and policy management are also key requirements for this role.
