This role is crucial for supporting customer network security environments through expert handling of requests, changes, incidents, and problems.

As a key member of our team, you will implement and provide operational support for cutting-edge network security solutions. Your expertise will be vital in managing and troubleshooting complex security platforms, ensuring optimal performance and robust protection for our clients.

Implement and support network security solutions including Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, and cloud proxy solutions like Netskope. Provide expert operational support for customer network security environments, addressing requests, changes, incidents, and problems. Troubleshoot issues using packet captures and debugs on Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls. Develop custom queries for Palo Alto reporting and provide technical escalation to L2 support.

Ensure Service Level Agreements and operational standards are consistently met. Conduct system maintenance, health checks, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Propose improvements to services, processes, and technical implementations. Participate in daily steady-state operations, weekly on-call rotations, and conduct rule set reviews to enhance customer security footprints.

Possess at least 12+ years of network security administration experience, with a strong emphasis on Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls. Demonstrated expertise in URL filtering, vulnerability protection, AV, and anti-spyware profiles. Solid understanding of App-id and its applications. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network security issues and strong packet capture analysis skills are essential.

Experience with Prisma SASE, F5, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and switching technologies is highly valued. Familiarity with authentication protocols like LDAP, IWA, SSO, and Active Directory integration is required. Candidates should hold at least two mid-level network security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, PCNSE). A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary. Excellent time management and customer-facing communication skills, adhering to ITIL best practices, are expected.
