Join NTT DATA as a Firewall, Prisma - Networking Senior Specialist Advisor and drive network security operations for our diverse clientele. This role offers an opportunity to innovate and grow within a forward-thinking, adaptable organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in the daily maintenance and advanced operations of Firewall and Prisma technologies. You'll leverage expert knowledge of leading network security products, ensuring robust protection and seamless traffic flow for multiple customers.

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and remotely when needed. You will design, confirm, and troubleshoot complex network security configurations and traffic flows, maintaining precise documentation of all supported products and processes.

Engage in daily maintenance and operations of Firewall and Prisma systems, supporting customer network security environments through Request, Change, Incident, and Problem management.

Implement advanced network security solutions and provide expert operational support. Troubleshoot firewall and network traffic flows, utilizing packet captures and debugs for Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls. Write custom queries for Palo Alto reporting and provide technical escalation to L2 support engineers.

Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational standards through proactive system maintenance, health checks, and documentation. Propose service, process, and technical improvements to management, while also contributing to rule set reviews to enhance customer security footprints.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in Network Security administration is essential. Deep expertise in Palo Alto URL filtering, Vulnerability protection, AV, and Anti-spyware profiles, along with strong App-ID knowledge and usage of app filters.

Proven experience with Palo Alto, Prisma, and Fortinet technologies is required. Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly with Palo Alto Firewalls, and a solid understanding of template/stack architecture.

Demonstrated ability to grasp complex issues and arrive at optimal solutions. Strong ethics, integrity, and flexibility to adapt to changing customer and team needs. Excellent customer-facing communication skills and knowledge of ITIL best practices are highly valued.
