Join NTT DATA as a Firewall, Prisma - Networking Advisor in Noida, India. This role focuses on managing and enhancing network security environments for clients.

Manage network security operations by addressing requests, changes, incidents, and problems. Implement and support network security solutions, including Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, and Netskope cloud proxy.

Provide expert operational support, including detailed troubleshooting, packet capture analysis, and custom Palo Alto reporting. Offer technical escalation, on-call support for high-severity incidents in a 24x7 environment, and ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards. Propose service, process, and technical improvements to management.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in Network Security administration is required, with at least 7 years specifically in Network & Security administration and 12+ years in network troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Prisma, and Fortinet is essential.

Possess strong architectural knowledge of firewalls (Palo Alto), F5, Prisma SASE, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and switching technologies. Understanding of authentication protocols like LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, and Active Directory is necessary. Hold at least two mid-level network security certifications (e.g., CCNP security, PCNSE).

Excellent customer-facing communication skills, ITIL best practices knowledge, and strong time management are critical. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is also required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
