Manage and operate Firewall and Prisma security solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Design, confirm, and troubleshoot traffic flows, security implementations, and configurations for various network security products including Palo Alto and FortiGate.

Provide expert technical support, handle Requests, Changes, Incidents, and Problem records, and perform system maintenance.

Develop resolution plans for device issues, propose service improvements, and conduct regular health status checks and rule set reviews.

Offer on-call support for high-severity incidents within a 24x7 environment and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational standards.

Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in Network Security administration and a strong understanding of firewall technologies, particularly Palo Alto and Fortinet.

Possess expert knowledge of Palo Alto features like URL filtering, vulnerability protection, AV, and anti-spyware profiles, along with strong App-ID expertise.

Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting firewall issues using packet captures and debugs, and have experience writing custom queries for Palo Alto reporting.

Familiarity with network protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and switching technologies is essential, along with an understanding of authentication integrations (LDAP, Active Directory, SSO).

Excellent time management, troubleshooting skills, and customer-facing communication abilities are crucial. A flexible attitude towards evolving customer and team needs is also highly valued.
