Join our dynamic team as a Firewall - Networking Specialist and contribute to securing our clients' network infrastructure. This role involves the daily maintenance and operational oversight of advanced firewall solutions, ensuring robust network security for multiple customers. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot complex traffic flows and configurations, working with leading vendor technologies.

As an integral part of our Network Security Services, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of diverse network security environments. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage intricate network security challenges with minimal supervision, escalating when necessary.

Manage and maintain firewall systems, including Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Prisma solutions, along with cloud proxy technologies like Netskope. You will handle daily operations, requests, changes, and incidents within customer environments, focusing on network security.

Key duties include detailed troubleshooting of firewall and network traffic, utilizing packet captures and debugs. You will develop custom reports, provide expert-level support for security profiles, and contribute to weekly health checks. On-call support in a 24x7 setting is essential, ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met. Propose and implement service, process, and technical improvements to enhance security posture.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Network Security administration and at least 7 years specifically in Network & Security administration. A strong understanding of Palo Alto, Prisma, and Fortinet is mandatory, alongside proven expertise in network troubleshooting and security product configurations.

Candidates should possess excellent customer-facing communication skills, a solid grasp of ITIL best practices, and experience with authentication protocols like LDAP, IWA, and Active Directory. Network design experience is a significant advantage. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Essential skills include expertise in EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and switching technologies. Experience with Cisco, AWS, and F5 is also highly valued.
