Join NTT DATA as a Firewall Lead, Network Lead, or ISM and contribute to our innovative team. This role focuses on managing and supporting enterprise web security infrastructure, specifically utilizing Cisco Secure Web Appliance (formerly Cisco IronPort WSA) solutions. Ensure secure internet access, effective web filtering, robust malware protection, and adherence to security policies.

The Cisco Secure Web Appliance is instrumental in providing URL filtering, application visibility and control, advanced malware protection, and comprehensive web traffic monitoring.

Administer and maintain Cisco IronPort/Cisco Secure Web Appliance (WSA) environments. Configure and manage Web Proxy, Access Policies, Identity Policies, and Decryption Policies. Oversee URL Filtering, Application Visibility & Control, and Acceptable Use Policies. Implement and maintain HTTPS inspection (SSL Decryption) policies. Configure authentication services including LDAP, Active Directory, NTLM, Kerberos, and SSO. Monitor web traffic and security incidents using WSA reporting and logging tools. Configure malware protection, reputation filtering, and integrate with Advanced Malware Protection (AMP).

Integrate WSA with SIEM platforms like Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, or Microsoft Sentinel. Manage WCCP/PBR deployments for transparent proxy integration. Perform software upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery activities. Analyze security events, investigate threats, and recommend remediation strategies. Develop operational documentation, SOPs, and technical reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance web security posture and troubleshoot proxy, authentication, SSL, certificate, and internet access issues.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 3-8 years of experience in Web Security Administration, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Cisco IronPort WSA/SWA.

Essential technical skills include a strong understanding of Web Proxy Technologies, URL Filtering, HTTPS/SSL Inspection, Malware Detection and Prevention, Application Control, and various Authentication Mechanisms. Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, WCCP, and Proxy Architecture is crucial. Experience with Cisco Talos threat intelligence, AMP integration, log analysis, and SIEM integration is also expected. Familiarity with network security technologies such as Firewalls, IPS, VPN, and Secure Web Gateways is beneficial. Experience with Linux/Unix administration is a plus.
