We are seeking a dedicated Fire Life Safety Commissioning Engineer to contribute to our Data Center Capacity Delivery Commissioning team in Mumbai, India. As a Fire Life Safety Commissioning Engineer, you will apply fire codes and industrial standards throughout the data center commissioning process. Your responsibilities include reviewing FLS documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and submittals, to ensure design concepts align with established standards and local regulations.

You will work with engineering teams to validate design concepts during construction and verify cause and effect matrices through commissioning. Providing recommendations for commission-ability, construct-ability, and maintainability of systems will be crucial. You'll also assess system capabilities against design intent and deliver FLS and MEP projects across APJC substations and data centers.

We are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in industrial or commercial engineering within mission-critical facilities, including data centers, power generation, or oil and gas. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.

Essential knowledge includes expertise in fire and building codes and standards such as NFPA, NEC, FM Global, IFC, and IBC. Familiarity with life safety codes and construction industry experience, particularly with fire suppression, alarm, detection, and fire-resistive construction, is highly valued.
