Conduct finance process assessments and analyze financial functions, focusing on Record to Report processes like account reconciliations, journals, transaction matching, and variance analysis. Leverage knowledge of financial consolidation, close processes, and cost allocation. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and model them within applications. Manage and mentor project teams, prioritizing tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. Be open to domestic and international travel.

Possess 3-6 years of experience with at least two real-time projects in finance functions. Expertise in financial tools such as Oracle ARCS, Trintech, BlackLine, or Onestream is crucial. Strong understanding of ledger and sub-ledger systems, financial consolidation, close, cost allocation, and planning processes is required. Excellent accounting skills, familiarity with financial reports, and proficiency in Chart of Accounts design are essential. A Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering, along with an MBA, Master's in Finance, CA, or CFA, is necessary. Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
