A strong understanding of Anaplan, particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, is essential for effectively addressing client needs. As an Anaplan Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in developing and implementing Anaplan solutions. This includes creating sophisticated Anaplan models, efficiently handling and uploading various data sets, and applying functional business knowledge.

Your responsibilities will extend to participating in project task estimations, eliciting detailed requirements from clients, designing comprehensive application architectures, producing thorough design documentation, and delivering effective end-user training sessions. You will also engage directly with clients to understand their planning requirements and translate them into functional Anaplan models, ensuring alignment with best practices.

We seek candidates with 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, including a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations. A proven track record in Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, or HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management use cases is required.

Additionally, candidates should possess 4+ years of consulting experience focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel skills for creating client mock-ups are necessary. A certification as an Anaplan Solution Architect is mandatory, alongside deep expertise in multi-dimensional modeling. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.
