This Anaplan Senior Consultant role is integral to our Anaplan Practice, focusing on delivering cutting-edge Anaplan Solutions to our clients. We are seeking individuals with techno-functional expertise to develop sophisticated Anaplan models, manage diverse datasets, and leverage a strong understanding of business processes.

Key responsibilities include developing Anaplan models, handling data integration, and applying functional business knowledge. You will participate in project task estimations, gather client requirements, design applications, create design documentation, and conduct user training. A solid grasp of Anaplan, particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, is essential for understanding client needs. Independent and team-based work is expected to successfully complete tasks assigned by team leads.

A minimum of 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, including at least 3 end-to-end implementations, is required. Experience should cover Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management. Additionally, 4+ years in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is necessary. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel for developing client mock-ups is expected. An Anaplan Certified Solution Architect is mandatory. Strong multi-dimensional modeling skills are crucial. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.
