As an Anaplan Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering Anaplan Solutions to our clients. This position demands techno-functional expertise in creating Anaplan models, managing diverse datasets, and a solid understanding of business processes. You will also be involved in project task estimation, client requirement gathering, application design, documentation, and end-user training.

You will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive Anaplan solutions for clients, leveraging your techno-functional skills to build robust models. Responsibilities include managing various data sets for upload into Anaplan and applying strong functional business acumen.

This role involves active participation in project teams, contributing to task estimations, eliciting client requirements, and designing Anaplan applications. You will also develop design documentation and conduct end-user training sessions. A good understanding of Anaplan, particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, is expected to facilitate better client communication and requirement comprehension.

This role requires 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, with at least three end-to-end implementations, focusing on areas like Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, or HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management.

A minimum of 4 years in a consulting role with a focus on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is essential. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel skills for developing client mock-ups are also necessary. Anaplan Solution Architect certification is a must, alongside strong expertise in multi-dimensional modeling. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.
