This role involves being a key player in delivering Anaplan solutions to clients, requiring techno-functional expertise in Anaplan model creation, data management, and a strong business acumen. Responsibilities include project task estimation, client requirement elicitation, application design, documentation, and end-user training.

Develop and implement Anaplan models with a focus on FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.

Manage and upload diverse datasets into Anaplan. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into robust planning models.

Collaborate with project teams to estimate tasks, document designs, and deliver comprehensive end-user training.

Work independently or as part of a team to achieve project goals, demonstrating resourcefulness and efficiency.

Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.

Possess 4+ years of consulting experience in Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning.

Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is essential.

Proficiency in advanced MS Excel for creating client mock-ups. A Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan is mandatory. Strong understanding of multi-dimensional modeling is required.

An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.

Technical proficiency includes creating models, modules, lists, line items, subsets, and dashboards using best practices. Experience with Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, Integration methods, and ALM is expected.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work across different time zones. A strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude are crucial.
