This role demands strong techno-functional expertise in creating Anaplan models, managing diverse datasets, and understanding business processes. You will actively participate in project estimation, requirement elicitation, application design, documentation, and user training.

Candidates should possess a solid grasp of Anaplan, particularly in areas like FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning. Independent problem-solving and effective teamwork are crucial for success in this role, ensuring tasks are accomplished efficiently under team lead guidance.

As an Anaplan Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering Anaplan solutions. Key responsibilities include developing Anaplan models, handling and uploading various data sets, and leveraging your functional business insight. You'll collaborate within project teams to estimate tasks, gather client requirements, design applications, produce design documentation, and conduct end-user training.

A strong understanding of Anaplan, focused on FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, is expected to effectively interpret client needs. You will work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resourcefulness to achieve project objectives as directed by the team lead.

This position requires 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, including at least three end-to-end implementations. Experience should cover Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management.

Additionally, a minimum of 4 years in consulting roles focusing on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is necessary. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel for creating client mock-ups is required. An Anaplan Certified Solution Architect is a must, alongside deep expertise in multi-dimensional modeling. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.
