This role demands a blend of technical and functional expertise in creating Anaplan models, managing diverse data sets, and possessing strong business acumen. Your contributions will also involve client requirement elicitation, application design, documentation, and end-user training.

A solid understanding of Anaplan, particularly within FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, is crucial for effective client interaction and requirement analysis. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team, efficiently managing tasks to meet project objectives.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing Anaplan models, managing data integration, and contributing to end-to-end Anaplan implementations. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create detailed design documentation, and conduct user training sessions.

Additionally, this role involves estimating project tasks, participating in Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, and assigning user stories. The ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders and ensure adherence to best practices in model building is essential.

We seek candidates with 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, including at least three end-to-end implementations across financial forecasting, supply chain, or HR/sales/incentive compensation use cases. A minimum of 4 years in a consulting role focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is also required.

Essential qualifications include familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies, advanced MS Excel skills for creating mock-ups, and a Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan certification. Strong expertise in multi-dimensional modeling is paramount. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.
