Join our Anaplan Practice as a Senior Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative Anaplan Solutions to our diverse clientele. This position demands a blend of technical proficiency and functional expertise to build sophisticated Anaplan models, manage various data sets, and upload them efficiently. A solid understanding of business operations is crucial for success.

You will be instrumental in project task estimation, client requirement gathering, application design, documentation, and end-user training.

Your role will involve creating robust Anaplan models, proficiently handling and integrating diverse data sets. You'll engage directly with clients to grasp their needs, subsequently designing, developing, and maintaining advanced planning models. This includes documenting business requirements and assigning user stories to support sprint planning.

Collaborate effectively within project teams, demonstrating resourcefulness both independently and collectively. You will also contribute to client-facing roles, communicating clearly across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution.

We require a minimum of 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, with a proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end Anaplan implementations. Expertise in Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management, or similar use cases is essential.

Additionally, 4+ years of consulting experience in Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is expected. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel functions for developing client mock-ups is necessary. A certified Anaplan Solution Architect is mandatory, complemented by deep knowledge of multi-dimensional modeling.
