As an Anaplan Manager Consultant within our specialized Anaplan Practice, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative Anaplan solutions to our diverse clientele. This position demands a blend of techno-functional expertise, the ability to architect Anaplan solutions, and proficiency in managing complex datasets. You will contribute to client engagements by estimating project tasks, gathering client requirements, designing applications, documenting solutions, and conducting end-user training.

Develop your expertise in Anaplan solutions focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional business understanding and the capability to converse effectively with clients to grasp their unique needs. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating resourcefulness in accomplishing assigned tasks under the guidance of a team lead.

Lead the delivery of Anaplan solutions, acting as a key member of client project teams. Architect and develop robust Anaplan models, leveraging techno-functional expertise. Manage and process diverse datasets for seamless integration into Anaplan. Collaborate with teams to estimate project timelines and tasks. Elicit and document client requirements with precision. Design and document Anaplan application architecture. Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions. Contribute to Anaplan projects focused on FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation, or Supply Chain Planning. Work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team to achieve project objectives.

A minimum of 10-14 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, including at least 5 end-to-end implementations. Focus areas include Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management. A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a focus on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions for developing client mock-ups. A certified Anaplan Solution Architect is a mandatory requirement. Demonstrate strong expertise and a deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling techniques. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Over 5 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience across implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support. Skilled in creating Anaplan models, modules, lists, line items, subsets, line-item subsets, calculation functions, and dashboards adhering to best practices. Experience or exposure to Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, integration methods, and ALM within Anaplan. Ability to engage directly with clients to understand needs and design, develop, and maintain planning models. An Anaplan Master Certifier is a significant advantage. Assist in conducting, documenting, and signing off on business requirements with clients, including assigning user stories and assisting with sprint planning.
