As an integral part of our team, you will utilize your techno-functional expertise to develop sophisticated Anaplan models. Your ability to manage diverse datasets and a solid understanding of business operations will be key to your success in this client-facing role.

Your responsibilities will include architecting Anaplan solutions and handling data uploads, ensuring seamless integration into Anaplan models. You will participate in project estimations, gather client requirements, design applications, and create comprehensive design documentation. Furthermore, you will be involved in conducting end-user training sessions to empower clients and ensure successful adoption of the Anaplan platform.

You will also contribute to project success by conversing with clients to understand their needs in areas like FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning. Working both independently and collaboratively within a team, you will efficiently accomplish tasks assigned by the team lead.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10-14 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, including at least 5 end-to-end implementations. A strong consulting background with 5+ years focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is essential. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel skills for developing client mock-ups are required.

A mandatory Anaplan Certified Solution Architect certification is expected. Deep expertise in multi-dimensional modeling is crucial. While an MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred, a strong foundation in Anaplan modeling, including modules, lists, line items, and dashboards, is paramount. Experience with Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, integration methods, and ALM is a plus. You should be comfortable leading client discussions, assigning user stories, and assisting with sprint planning.
