We are seeking an Anaplan Manager Consultant with techno-functional expertise to deliver sophisticated Anaplan solutions for our clients. This role is integral to our Anaplan Practice, demanding proficiency in creating Anaplan models, acting as a solution architect, and managing diverse datasets.

We are looking for individuals with a strong functional business understanding and the ability to translate client requirements into effective Anaplan solutions. You will play a key part in project task estimation, requirement elicitation, application design, documentation, and end-user training. Your contribution will help EY build a better working world, driven by trust, data, and technology.

As an Anaplan Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Anaplan solutions. This includes developing Anaplan models, acting as a solution architect, and expertly handling various data sets for import into Anaplan. You will collaborate with teams to estimate project tasks, gather client requirements, design applications, and create essential design documentation.

Furthermore, you will conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption. A good understanding of Anaplan, particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, is crucial for effective client interaction. You will work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives laid out by the team lead.

We require candidates with 10-14 years of extensive Anaplan modeling experience, including at least 5 end-to-end implementations. Experience should focus on Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management.

A minimum of 5 years in consulting roles focusing on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning is essential. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel skills for creating client mock-ups are necessary. A certified Anaplan Solution Architect is a must, alongside a deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.
