This Anaplan Senior Consultant role is integral to delivering Anaplan solutions for our clients. It demands techno-functional expertise in creating Anaplan models, managing diverse datasets, and possessing a strong functional business understanding. You'll participate in project task estimation, client requirement elicitation, application design, documentation, and end-user training.

As an Anaplan Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in delivering sophisticated Anaplan solutions. Your responsibilities include developing robust Anaplan models, adeptly handling various data sets for upload, and applying a solid functional business acumen. You will actively engage in team efforts for project task estimation, gathering client requirements, designing applications, completing detailed design documentation, and delivering comprehensive end-user training.

Strong comprehension of Anaplan, particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, is essential for effective client communication and requirement understanding. You are expected to work resourcefully, both independently and collaboratively within a team, to achieve objectives set by the team lead.

This role requires 4-8 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, with a minimum of three end-to-end implementations, focusing on areas like Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management. A minimum of 4 years in consulting roles, specifically within Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning, is also expected. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and advanced MS Excel skills for developing client mock-ups are necessary.

Possession of an Anaplan Certified Solution Architect certification is mandatory. You should have strong expertise and a deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling. While not strictly required, an MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred. Additionally, you must have 4+ years of hands-on Anaplan project experience, including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and/or support. Proficiency in creating models, modules, lists, line items, subsets, and dashboards using best practices is crucial. Experience with Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, Integration methods, and ALM within Anaplan is beneficial. You will also be responsible for conducting and documenting business requirements with clients, assigning user stories, and assisting in sprint planning.
