This Anaplan Manager Consultant role within our Anaplan Practice demands techno-functional expertise to architect and deliver robust Anaplan solutions for clients. You'll be instrumental in creating Anaplan models, managing diverse datasets, and ensuring seamless data integration. A solid grasp of business processes and functional understanding is essential for success in this position.

Drive the delivery of Anaplan solutions, serving as a key technical and functional expert. Develop intricate Anaplan models, effectively manage data uploads, and translate client requirements into functional designs. Participate in project task estimations, requirement elicitation, application design, and comprehensive end-user training. A strong understanding of FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning is crucial for comprehending and addressing client needs effectively.

Independently and collaboratively manage tasks, ensuring efficient project execution. Communicate effectively with client teams across different time zones. Embrace a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office contributions. Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and a positive, proactive attitude throughout all project phases.

A minimum of 10-14 years of extensive hands-on Anaplan modeling experience is required, including at least 5 end-to-end implementations. This experience should cover financial forecasting, supply chain planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management, or similar use cases.

Possess over 5 years of robust experience in consulting roles, specifically focusing on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is essential. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for developing client mock-ups is a must. Certification as an Anaplan Solution Architect is mandatory. A deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling is expected.

Proficiency in creating Anaplan models, modules, lists, line items, subsets, and dashboards using best practices is key. Exposure to Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, integration methods, and ALM is highly desirable. The ability to engage directly with clients to understand needs and design, develop, and maintain planning models is critical. An MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred.
