Join EY's Global Delivery Services team as a Senior AI Architect, specializing in Financial Crime Operations. This role is integral to our mission of building a better working world by designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for compliance and risk management. You will collaborate with global teams to support clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and enhancing their financial crime prevention strategies.

As a Senior AI Architect, you will architect and deploy AI-driven solutions for critical compliance functions including KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring. Your responsibilities encompass developing advanced models using Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning, creating intelligent investigation assistants, and leveraging graph analytics to uncover hidden risks. You will lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from architecture and governance to deployment and MLOps, ensuring solutions are explainable, auditable, and adhere to responsible AI principles.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions, preferably within banking, financial crime compliance, or AML. A strong command of Python and SQL, alongside hands-on expertise in machine learning, NLP, Generative AI, and cloud AI services (Azure/AWS) is essential. Experience with financial crime platforms and a proven ability to lead AI initiatives from concept to production are key. The role requires a commitment to working onsite 5 days a week in Bengaluru and occasional travel.
