Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of engagements according to EY methodology.

Develop a deep understanding of EY's risk management procedures and quality assurance projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with engagement team counterparts in the Americas and Europe.

Transition new engagements to GDS Assurance, manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team utilization and performance against standards. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.

Foster team growth through effective delegation, performance reviews, training, and encouraging active contribution and knowledge sharing. Participate in organizational initiatives like recruitment and diversity programs.

To excel in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or a Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of relevant experience. Articleship with reputable accounting firms is essential.

Demonstrate expertise in Indian accounting and assurance standards, with knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards being a significant advantage.

Possess excellent English communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong project management, leadership, coaching, and supervisory abilities are crucial. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required.
