This role focuses on driving financial planning and analysis within a dynamic healthcare organization. You will play a key part in shaping financial strategies and ensuring operational efficiency through insightful analysis and robust reporting.

Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining financial forecast models, gathering assumptions, and validating inputs for quarterly and annual planning. - Supporting month-end close by performing variance analysis, ensuring accurate financial data posting in ERP systems, and reconciling discrepancies. - Utilizing various ERP and BI tools for data extraction, reporting, and maintaining data integrity. - Identifying and implementing process improvements within FP&A systems and workflows. - Preparing executive-level presentations and reports that provide data-driven insights on financial performance, trends, and key drivers. - Conducting ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making. - Collaborating cross-functionally to align pricing strategies and financial objectives with corporate goals.

Required qualifications include: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or a CA/MBA (Finance) from a reputable business school. - A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in finance and/or financial systems, with extensive knowledge of FP&A or similar roles. - Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities, with a solid understanding of financial statements and variance analysis. - Proficiency in technical skills such as PowerPoint for executive reporting, familiarity with ERP & BI tools (Oracle, PowerBI), exposure to SQL or data visualization tools, and advanced Excel functionalities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/Index Match, basic modeling). - Proven experience in core FP&A areas including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and meet deadlines with superior attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting with various management levels in a fast-paced, changing environment.
