You will collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Management, Finance, Pricing, and Data Migration teams, effectively communicating with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for workflow simplification through automation.
This is an IC1 level position, operating within the AMER shift schedule.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough research on customer inventories within Oracle systems such as Asset Report, PeopleSoft (HAT), and ROSIE. You will prepare accurate Oracle Health entitlements, analyze usage patterns for optimization, and migrate existing license information efficiently and compliantly. You will act as a main point of contact for process-related inquiries, clarifying requirements, and delivering entitlement summaries within stipulated timelines. A core aspect of the role involves analyzing volumes and trends, applying rigorous analytical methods to complex challenges, and reporting findings to support management decisions and process enhancements. Simplifying and automating Customer Entitlement Services processes, while maintaining expertise in Oracle policies and systems, is also essential.
To excel in this role, strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention-to-detail skills are mandatory for assessing customer inventories and generating accurate entitlement information. We seek individuals who can work autonomously with minimal supervision, consistently delivering accurate summaries within deadlines. Proficiency in utilizing data, volume trends, and analytical or statistical methods to drive sound business decisions and foster process improvement is expected. Familiarity with customer licensing, license migration, entitlements, or Oracle Cerner client inventories is advantageous, as is exposure to systems like Asset Report, PeopleSoft (HAT), or ROSIE. An understanding of sales and finance processes, including pricing, quoting, booking, revenue recognition, and invoicing, is beneficial.
