Join Oracle Health Customer Entitlement Services as a detail-oriented Business Analyst. This role is instrumental in supporting customer inventory research, validating license entitlements, and assisting with license migration. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer entitlements, gaining valuable exposure to Oracle's licensing, internal business systems, and revenue operations.

Key responsibilities include conducting customer entitlement analysis by researching and validating licensing information via Oracle internal applications like Asset Report, PeopleSoft (HAT), and ROSIE.

You will provide support for accurate and timely license migration according to Oracle policies. Collaboration with Sales, Deal Management, Pricing, Finance, and Data Migration teams is essential for resolving entitlement discrepancies.

Effectively manage customer requirements, prepare entitlement summaries, and deliver requested information within deadlines. Coordinate workflow queues and allocate requests based on priorities and resource capabilities.

Monitor request volumes, identify trends, and provide operational insights. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle policies, internal systems, and business processes, including pricing, quoting, and revenue recognition. Complete required process certifications.

Essential qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research, analyze records, and identify discrepancies. A keen attention to detail is vital for maintaining accuracy in licensing information and entitlement summaries.

Excellent communication skills are necessary for understanding requester needs and responding to inquiries. The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders is crucial for issue resolution and operational tasks.

Independent execution of assigned work, investigation of issues, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision are expected. Adherence to established business policies, workflows, and quality standards is paramount.

Proficiency in reporting and analytical reasoning to interpret operational data and communicate insights supporting business decisions is required. While not mandatory, experience with customer entitlement management, software licensing, enterprise business systems (Oracle applications), and understanding of various finance and sales processes are advantageous.
