Possessing a comprehensive understanding of relevant tools and policies, you will provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement. You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders to suggest necessary policy changes and ensure compliance with accounting policies applicable to deals, effectively challenging interpretations when needed.

Develop and maintain robust financial models for deal assessment. Apply industry expertise to enhance the cost review process and optimize costing outcomes. Provide thorough understanding and feedback on tools and relevant policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to suggest improvements and ensure adherence to accounting policies. Determine competitive pricing, produce pricing templates, and drive solution costings to a winning price point. Conduct analytical reviews and actively participate in pricing discussions, explaining pricing behavior and required structures over the deal term. Propose deal structure improvements to boost competitiveness while balancing financial metric requirements. Articulate company preferred positions and draft proposal and T&C content accordingly. Guide the team through governance processes, ensure preparedness, and professionally present deals. Lead internal finance reviews and provide strong input to leadership.

Proven experience in designing and building financial models. Strong understanding of cost review processes and industry knowledge. Proficiency in analytical review and pricing strategy. Familiarity with relevant policies and accounting standards for deals. Ability to challenge financial interpretations and suggest improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in deal structuring and T&C drafting is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lead finance reviews and present complex financial information.
