Join our team as a Financial Analysis Senior Analyst, a pivotal role focused on leveraging financial data to drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will be instrumental in analyzing past performance, managing costs, and providing strategic financial recommendations to management. This position operates within medium-complexity environments, requiring proactive engagement and clear direction from senior finance personnel.

This role is designed for analytical thinkers who are proactive and capable of working autonomously, contributing significantly to our financial health and strategic planning.

Your core responsibilities will include extracting and analyzing financial data from reports to identify discrepancies and propose solutions. You will play a key role in monitoring and controlling expenditures by approving or denying requisitions based on budget adherence.

Key duties involve preparing comprehensive financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and researching/analyzing costs for projects and future ventures. You will also conduct budget and expense variance analysis, reconcile account analysis, and assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes. A significant aspect of this role is identifying cost management opportunities to enhance profitability and sustainable returns.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 7 years of dedicated FP&A experience. An MBA, CA-Inter, or CMA-Inter is highly desirable.

Essential skills include intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PBI, along with knowledge of SAP and BPC. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, and result-oriented managerial and soft skills are crucial for success in this role.
