Join our team as a Financial Analysis Senior Analyst to drive strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial data analysis. This role focuses on evaluating past performance, managing costs, and providing actionable financial insights to organizational leaders.

You will operate within dynamic, medium-complexity environments, receiving direction from senior finance professionals. Your contributions will be vital in shaping financial strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include extracting and analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions. You will monitor and control expenditures, prepare detailed financial reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Additionally, conduct in-depth research on project and departmental costs to determine profitability. You will analyze budget and expense variances, reconcile accounts, and support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. A crucial aspect is identifying cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability and sustainable returns.

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business field is essential. We require 5 to 7 years of dedicated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel and Power BI is a must, along with knowledge of SAP and BPC. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, are expected. Candidates should be proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
