As a Finance Specialist, you will handle both routine and complex transactions, resolve process-related issues, and manage period-end close activities and reporting, including interactions with Client Financial Controllers. Performing reconciliations is a key aspect of this position.

Manage and execute various Record to Analyze (R2A) processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Process non-complex to complex financial transactions in line with established procedures.

Resolve standard process-related issues and escalate as necessary.

Prepare and finalize period-end close activities and financial reporting.

Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.

Collaborate with Client Financial Controllers to facilitate accurate reporting and insights.

Contribute to the transformation agenda and the development of a strategic mindset within the finance function.

Proven experience in finance reporting and Record to Analyze (R2A) processes.

Proficiency in performing financial reconciliations and managing period-end close activities.

Ability to handle both simple and complex financial transactions.

Strong understanding of interactions with Financial Controllers.

Demonstrated ability to work independently within the scope of the role, while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues.

Experience in organizing development for oneself and junior team members is advantageous.
