Key responsibilities include processing complex general ledger journals, accruals, provisions, and allocations. You will also manage fixed asset entries and transactions, monitor bank statements and perform daily reconciliations, and handle intercompany transactions, including netting and settlements. This role requires meticulous preparation and execution of period-end close activities, ensuring timely closure and reporting. You will perform reconciliations for low to medium risk balance sheet accounts and prepare operational and financial reports for management and treasury.

Further duties involve preparing data for financial, management, and treasury reporting by transferring data from source ERP systems to reporting and consolidation systems. You will also be responsible for reviewing and finalizing financial, management, and treasury reports, as well as preparing tax and statutory reporting. Execution, monitoring, and testing of financial controls in accordance with the Client Controls Framework are also essential aspects of this role.

This position is ideal for experienced finance professionals. A solid understanding of financial reporting principles, general ledger management, and account reconciliations is essential. Proficiency in processing fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and managing period-end close activities is required. Experience with bank reconciliations and preparing various financial reports, including tax and statutory reporting, is crucial. Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to test financial controls are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is expected for this role.
