Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) team as a Senior Consultant in Procurement Operations, contributing to high-quality procurement services for global clients within a managed-services environment. This role focuses on core procurement operations, including PR-to-PO processing, contract administration, supplier management, and spend analytics. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure process compliance, support digital procurement solutions, and mentor junior team members, delivering measurable value to clients.

Manage end-to-end PR-to-PO operations, including requisition validation, purchase order creation, and delivery follow-ups. Administer contracts, ensuring accuracy, version control, and linkage with policies. Conduct supplier evaluations, manage onboarding, and monitor performance using KPIs. Perform detailed spend analysis to identify optimization opportunities and provide data-driven insights for strategic sourcing. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth procurement workflows.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, along with 5-7+ years of experience in procurement operations within managed services, GBS, or consulting. Proven hands-on experience with procurement platforms like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba Sourcing is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities are crucial. Familiarity with procurement policies, DOA workflows, and audit controls is expected.
