As a Senior Consultant in Procurement Operations within EY-GDS, you'll deliver high-quality procurement services to global clients. This role involves supporting core procurement functions including PR-to-PO processing, contract administration, supplier management, and spend analytics. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring process compliance, championing digital procurement solutions, and guiding junior team members.

Your operational expertise and commitment to process discipline will ensure smooth procurement operations and deliver measurable value for our clients.

Manage the end-to-end PR-to-PO process, including requisition validation, purchase order creation, and issue resolution.

Administer contract lifecycles, including amendments, renewals, and maintaining the contract repository.

Oversee supplier management, from onboarding and due diligence to performance monitoring and master data maintenance.

Conduct detailed spend analyses to identify optimization opportunities and provide data-driven insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor junior analysts, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and robust procurement governance.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Possess 4-7+ years of relevant experience in procurement operations, preferably within managed services, GBS, or consulting environments.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with procurement systems like SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, or Ivalua, and contract lifecycle management tools.

Exhibit a strong understanding of procurement policies, DOA workflows, audit controls, and supplier governance.

Ability to thrive in SLA-driven delivery environments and manage high-volume transactions with precision and speed.
