Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) as a Manager in Business Consulting, focusing on Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) with specialization in Procurement Operations. This role is instrumental in enhancing client procurement functions, driving efficiency, strengthening compliance, and integrating digital solutions across the entire procurement lifecycle. You will lead teams to achieve measurable improvements in service delivery and process performance, contributing to the modernization of client procurement strategies.

This position also involves contributing to our internal procurement operations capability, supporting go-to-market strategies, and leading operational excellence initiatives.

Lead end-to-end procurement operations, including PR-to-PO processing, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, spend analytics, and managed services governance. Oversee the requisition-to-order process, ensure contract compliance, and manage transitions through effective knowledge transfer and stabilization.

Key duties include: managing contracts, driving service stabilization, acting as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders, integrating procurement processes with finance, and leveraging procurement platforms like SAP Ariba and ServiceNow. You will also identify and implement process improvements, support governance forums, and manage supplier relationships.

Additionally, conduct spend analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, develop actionable insights, and present findings to senior management. Ensure data accuracy and adherence to controls while leading supplier and managed services governance.

We are seeking an experienced Manager with 8-10 years of robust experience in procurement and supply chain operations, complemented by a strong managed service background. Essential knowledge spans P2P, sourcing operations, supplier management, contract management, spend analytics, and operational governance.

Ideal candidates will be strategic, operations-focused leaders capable of designing and optimizing procurement operating models and driving process excellence. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are crucial for building trusted relationships at senior levels and guiding high-performing teams to deliver impactful improvements.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certifications like CIPS or CPSM are preferred. Consulting or global delivery experience is a significant advantage. Travel up to 30% may be required.
