Process purchase requisitions accurately, ensuring correct buying channels and validating catalog content before converting to Purchase Orders (POs). Handle PO amendments, updates, and closures, maintaining proper documentation and approvals. Monitor order status, follow up with suppliers, and assist with initial issue resolution. Support broader Procure-to-Pay activities, including Goods Receipt/Service Entry Sheet tracking and invoice block clarifications. Upload and maintain contracts within repositories, ensuring accurate metadata, version control, and linkage to POs. Coordinate supplier onboarding, verify documentation (KYC, tax, bank details), and create/update Vendor Master records with high accuracy. Conduct basic supplier due diligence and monitor delivery performance, escalating concerns as needed. Extract and analyze spend data, prepare reports, and identify non-compliant purchases. Collaborate with requestors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational queries and support the procurement helpdesk. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standard workflows, and audit guidelines. Participate in knowledge transfer and assist with transition activities, Go-Live support, and hypercare stabilization.

Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba Sourcing. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications for data analysis and reporting. Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Have a foundational understanding of procurement operations, including PR to PO processing, supplier data, and basic contract management. Familiarity with ERP and procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or GEP is advantageous. Possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry discipline. Exhibit good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with global stakeholders. Have basic analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables. Be proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced delivery environment. A Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields is required. 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, shared services, or operations roles is necessary. Demonstrate a willingness to learn procurement tools, workflows, and global delivery processes. Ability to work in an SLA-driven environment with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
